Underage drinking is legal. I developed a taste for beers when I was underage.

I pay premium prices for Becks, Heineken and the European lagers, knowing full well that they're made under license. Whilst they're not as good as the ones you get overseas (those are friggin A), they certainly beat Carlton or VB (which I drink at pubs).

Stockade Lager is a premium Australian Lager which is as good as the European ones, but it's a boutique brewery with boutique prices.

I've switched to HAAGEN now its a german recipe brewwed in Australia $33 a carton in qld cheaper than XXXX they do a midstrength but it's terrible.

The 5 litre kegs of heiniken that are sold here are actually the imported gear, and are a ****load better than the stuff brewed here, id much rather buy a bottle of spirit and drink that than the stuff thats brewed here under licence, or a decent aussie brew, of which there are few.
