I've read quite a few posts on the best setup for Induction, personal preferences on Flat panel filters and pod filters etc..
In reading and understanding what mods people have done to their cars.. I ask the following...
In my VX S - I've got the standard airbox, flat panel filter and CAI. I want to make the following mods, just wondering if they will be the most effective.
1. Modify the CAI to increase inlet size (read a post somewhere on how to do it).
2. Change from Flat panel filter to a Pod filter fitted inside the airbox.
3. Mod the airbox to run a pipe from the side of the airbox down to front left black cover where the fog lights go on the SS.
Firstly.. will I notice an increase..
Secondly... any reasons I shouldn't do this?
Thirdly.. can someone find me the posts on modding the inlet on the CAI
