I got the coupler from my local speedo shop.
Physical Pin in the harness, i pulled one of the original speedo sensor wires out and moved it into a new hole. I would have to have a look which one because it was a long time ago.

I found this in an email:
"I now have your current L67 tune running on my bench simulator. This is with no changes made to the tune you are using now.
D2 on PCM is the correct input for a 3 wire speed density manual speed sensor the output of which produces a 12V square wave with respect to earth.
The three appropriate wires of the speed sensor must have a good earth, 12v supply and the square wave output signal going into D2 on the PCM. From memory this is what I think you have now."
So D2
