BT50............ while the vk is rebuilt
Install a new stereo in the VX yesterday and it would appear that a screw has gone somewhere it shouldn't have.

I now have a short somewhere that keeps blowing the fuse for the power windows and door locks. As a result i cant unlock the passenger doors.

Can anyone please tell me a way of unlocking the doors so i can get them open to take door trims off and fix my little problem.

Thanks

Use the key in the drivers side door, then manually unlock all the others from the inside?

Well, can now open all the doors again.

Only way to get them open was to destroy one of the door trims, so that i could get to the speaker that had the offending screw through the central locking wires. Just glad i got the right door first go.

Screw had gone between positive and negative wires and had broken plastic off both.
