Installing KYB rear shocks and Lovells springs (solved it)
G'day, just bought some FE2 height Lovells and a set of KYB Excel-g shocks, just wanting to clear something up, the guy from Lovells reckon it doesn't matter which way the rear springs go in, they are variable rate, so can someone confirm this or do they go in a certain way, closer coils to the top or bottom ?.
Next question is for the rear shocks, they come with 2 metal washers, one gold one silver and 2 rubber washers (only way i can describe them), which way in do they go??, is it one under the car and one in the boot??, also they are both different, one that looks like the oem product and the other that has an extra bit that fits inside the hole for the shock top, first time i've done this and would appreciate your advice.
Thanks in advance.
