2004 SS Crewman instrument panel lights not working nor heater panel. Recently had a Clock spring replaced which should not be anything to do with this but now no Dash lights or Heater panel light when lights are switched on. However!!! all these lights work when ignition is on but light switch is in the off position. As soon as light switch is turned on , panel lights go off. Some lighting on dash panel by increasing dimmer switch to maximum (I think Maximum) but heater panel is dormant. Seems like a earthing issue but????
