Interior lights won't turn off VT commodore

Having an issue with interior lights not turning off (at all) centre dome light stays on even if you turn the switch to off position and also when the car is locked.... All you hear is the relay ticking when you change the switch between on/door/off and the light stays on....
Rear lights will turn off with their switches but not when locking the car.
The switches inside the door jam do nothing aswell...
