Intermittent wipers

Hi all,
Just wondering if a wiper stalk with the dial for intermittent wipers will work on my 99 vt which has the standard stalk on it?

Not without a Body Control Module upgrade.

So would the vx bcm be a straight swap for mine or not?

I don't think the standard VX Commodore has intermittent wipers, you would need at least a VT Berlina BCM I think (High Series LUX Level)
I'm not sure but I think you will find that VT BCMs would have differnt plug configurations to a VX BCM.

Thanks for that...my vt is an acclaim but has all the wiring loom of a berlina or higher so i will look into the schematics... hopefully it wont be hard to upgrade it!!!
