Is the decal on this VN factory or after market ?

So i picked this up pretty cheap for parts but just wondering about the decal on it, Does anyone know if the cars anything of interest or is it just a sticker someone's slapped on it.

Back in the olden days, a used car dealer's quickest way of adding 100bhp and $1000 to a used vehicle was a pin-stripe, or a sporty side stripe such as the one shown.
Yours has both.

This sort of aftermarket graphic was very popular in the 90s, on any late model car going at the time. There was a bit of factory stuff too mainly on toyota's at the time as I remember, little models like Corollas and Starlets and such.
