Noob alert. Just had my radiator hose burst. Is this my upper or lower hose? Need to know before I order the part as I have a habit of buying incorrect parts lol

I'm gonna assume it's the upper

The upper attaches near the top of the radiator.
The lower attaches below it.

This is why I hate engine covers! The useless things hide the engine making it impossible to see what's going on. If one radiator hose has burst you should probably replace both assuming they're the same age.

Assuming its a V8, by the location of the oil filler, and dipstick.

That Photo is of the Lower one [that is on the drivers side]
The upper one is on the passengers side, and passes under the MAF unit.

Hint: If you do one, you do both !, because you know what is going to happen !
Also, If you do get a top one, before permanently fitting it, make sure it fits correctly and does NOT rub under the MAF,
As I had one where the MAF wore a hole in the top of the hose [where it passes under the MAF]
When I ordered, and received the replacement top hose, I sliced 8mm off the top part of it, so it pulls the hose closer to the radiator, so it then pulls it away from the MAF.
