issue (AC) no body know whats wrong on it?!

hi gents,

i had Holden Commodore VZ since 2006 vz v6 alloytec and its still fine. there is new issue on my(AC )air conditioner ,ones i press the A/C button i hearing the normal tick of the compressor had starting normally but there is no cold air just hot air from the engine from the dashboard ?! and the second fan should be working automatically with the compressor but its not turning on (why)?! and this Condition happen to me on the parking mode, if i want the air condition become cold i have to wait for the second of fan to work for reduced the engine temperature stage or i have to drive the vehicle for while and i will get the cold air from the compressor .

i checked all of the fans fuses and AC fuse and relay all are OK.
i checked the compressor & fans OK .
i had changed on the low pressure switch but still the same issue.

i took it to many many workshops no body know whats wrong on it !

We are on the doors of summer the climate will be reaching to (50°C) in my country could you please guys help me to find the issue.

The problem a bit hard to read because you maybe not first spoken English language? The sentences are making it a little hard to understand the real problem.

Lets perhaps answer one question at a time until we sort it out ?

Question 1. If you have the engine running and turn the fan to position 1. Make sure the temp control dial is on blue for cold, all way to left and then turn the A/C to ON. Wait for 2 minutes and what is happening?

nothing happen, just i am hearing the normal tick of the compressor but without cold air and the AC fan didn't work with the compressor as usual!

and been tested for low refrigerant?
Checked the heater tap?

Whole system including the air con dryer/filter been inspected for blockages?

Checked the air con line hoses to make sure they are getting cold?

yes its tested ,ones air conditioner work its very cold .

So the compressor is working then, if the line gets cold
This points to fan or evaporator issues

the fan checked already its OK, but is the evaporator possible to make this issue?
my issue is ones i press the button of the A/C the compressor is working normal ,but there is no cold air , the A/C fan not working together with the compressor as usual ,after while (sometime taking 2 minutes ,10 minutes , 30 minutes) the A/C fan start working than i will get cold air and the line gets cold .

i went to many workshop and they guess the following issues:
1-compressor issue.
2-engine temperature sensor !
3-reprogramming the A/C fan to work together with compressor like it was before!

yes its new GM part.

but my issue is i don't get cold air ones i press the A/C button directly .
is it passable my issue related to heater tap ? if passable i will check but i don't know the location of it?
