Only 2 and a half hours to get home today... well don't connex!

People always whinge that road workers, builders etc get to pack up and go home, but they keep fogetting....... THOSE PEOPLE DON'T GET PAID FOR THE TIME THEY DON'T WORK!

I'd rather stay at work, sweat it out and make my money.

I used to be a construction sparky and we went home when it hit 37 degrees. Got paid for the whole day too. was in our EBA.:thumbsup:

we were told my managment to leave at 2- it was clearly too dangerous, considering working with graders etc on dirt roads has a spark/fire risk to it. full pay too gotta love it.

The temp gauge at mawson lakes said it was still 47 at 7pm. My climate control tends to agree with it.

Was 43 on the way home at 9pm.......

And 44 degrees forecast for today, 40 til monday. Its going to stay warm.
