Here is an interesting read, employed many times in Politics. People does not see it unless is laid out. This book was written in 1971 by Saul Alinsky and seems to be the Left Winger's modern politics play book.

The first rule of power tactics: Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have

The second rule is: Never go outside the experience of your people. When an action or tactic is outside the experience of the people, the result is confusion, fear, and retreat. It also means a collapse of communication, as
we have noted.

The third rule is: Wherever possible go outside of the experience of the enemy. Here you want to cause confusion, fear, and retreat.

The fourth rule is: Make the enemy live up to their own book of rules. You can kill them with this, for they can no more obey their own rules than the Christian church can live up to Christianity.

The fifth rule: Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage.

The sixth rule is: A good tactic is one that your people enjoy* If your people are not having a ball doing it, there is something very wrong with the tactic.

The seventh rule: A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag. Man can sustain militant interest in any issue for only a limited time, after which it becomes a ritualistic commitment, like going to church on Sunday mornings. New issues and crises are always developing, and one's reaction becomes, "Well, my heart bleeds for those people and I'm all for the boycott, but after all there are other important things in life" — and there it goes.

The eighth rule: Keep the pressure on, with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose.

The ninth rule: The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.

The tenth rule: The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this unceasing pressure that results in the reactions from the opposition that are essential for the success of the campaign. It should be remembered not only that the action is in the reaction but that action is itself the consequence of reaction and of reaction to the reaction, ad infinitum. The pressure produces the reaction, and constant pressure sustains action.

The eleventh rule is: If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counterside; this is based on the principle that every positive has its negative. We have already seen the conversion of the negative into the positive, in Mahatma Gandhi's development of the tactic of passive resistance.

The twelfth rule: The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative. You cannot risk being trapped by the enemy in his sudden agreement with your demand and saying "You're right — we don't know what to do about this issue. Now you tell us."

The thirteenth rule: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

LOL! Well it is the political thread! :D I for one love the fact that JC is open to this sort of chat... Too many overly sensitive, overly politically correct, pussy forums these days.

Here, some interesting world news...

For example, foreign banks who did not comply with US sanctions, irrespective of what they privately thought of them or the diplomatic stance of their home countries, faced massive fines. They could, in theory, refuse to pay these fines. But they risked being locked out of the dollar-clearing market, which, given that the greenback is the world’s reserve currency, effectively means being locked out of the global financial system. Not so much a carrot-and-stick approach; more like stick-and-stick.

So far, so fair enough maybe: after 9/11 the US government was fighting a war against terror, after all. But officials began to realise that these same techniques could be used to more prosaic ends – like, for example, forcing foreign banks around the world to reveal which of their clients were American citizens with more than $50,000 in investments (under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and to control the behaviour of the banks themselves.

Bully-boy tactics or condign punishment? Last year, the US Department of Justice fined General Motors $900m for hiding an ignition switch defect that resulted in at least 174 deaths. Now it proposes to fine Deutsche Bank $14bn for mis-selling mortgage-backed bonds. It doesn't take a moral philosopher to see that something is out of whack here.

Deutsche Bank is latest victim of America

Guys... I love my nation but we have the most greedy, warmonger, hateful people in power right now. What troubles me is, they are going to bring the whole world in a state of **** never seen before. Since the US Dollar is the world reserve currency, the world banking ponzi scam is going to end badly for not only "US".

Polish Defence Minister Antoni Macierewicz called Russia's activities "very alarming".
And a US intelligence official told Reuters the move could be to express displeasure at Nato. Nato is boosting its eastern flank by deploying four battalions in Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia next year.

The Seven Stages Of An Empire Collapse And Where We Are.

Stage 1. A country starts out with good money which is either gold or silver or backed by gold or silver.

Stage 2. As it develops economically and socially it begins to take on more and more economic burden adding layer upon layer of public works.

Stage 3. As its economic affluence grows, so does its political influence and it increases expenditures to fund a massive military.

Stage 4. Eventually it puts its military to use and expenditures explode.

Stage 5. To fund the war it steals the wealth of its people by debasing their coinage with base metals or by replacing their money with currency that can be created in unlimited quantities.

Stage 6. The loss in purchasing power of the expanded currency supply is sensed by the population and the financial markets triggering a loss of faith in the currency.

Stage 7. A mass movement out of the currency into precious metals and other tangible assets takes place. The currency collapses and gold and silver rise in price as they account for the huge quantity of currency that was created. This process transfers massive wealth to those who had the foresight to position themselves beforehand in real money, gold and silver.

The problem with Trump is he can and probably will run his mouth off and start a war. As for domestic USA - pffft - I really don't care. As somebody said, there is a fair chance Mexico will probably ante up and build the wall if for no other reason to keep Trump out!
