You realise all those "hearings" aren't in court right? Its in a Hyatt or Best Western somewhere, so the people "testifying" and the "lawyers" making statements both aren't able to perjure themselves. But to the uninformed, it looks official, so therefore believable.

See earlier in the thread for an example when Trump's team tried to mount a legal challenge in court and was forced to admit to the judge there was no evidence, because they could actually be charged with perjury, or lose their licence.

Look again - no evidence was allowed to be heard. These were proceedural hearings. The partisan judges helped without realising.
