Even though i personally sometimes find it annoying, it has to be done. Its the law.
I personally am shocked when i see people zoom past me when im stuck on the 40km/h limit.

I saw the car yesterday, it was on display on the grid during the public grid walk. They had a few cops there in uniform to have their photo's taken with all the kids too.

I think that flashing amber lights on the school signs would make it work alot more as people seem to miss the signs if they're not local to that area. I know I have missed a few in my time.
