Only weapon I need in my car is me. If I'm in a situation that requires anything more than that, it's a situation I will be exiting as quickly as possible.

I was in the school target rifle club and one day i had a 22. in a case on the rear seat of my car. I was 15 and felt like a badass

We used to have an air rifle, and our neighbour called the cops on us because she told them she heard "automatic gunfire" coming from our yard lol, 2 cop cars rocked up, we were like lulwut? We had already put the gun away in the roof cavity downstairs [between the floor of upstairs, and roof of downstairs] so we just told them we were playing Battlefield 2142 and one cop goes "Oh yeah my son plays that!" and they left lol. We gave it to a friend after that incident, though Mum didn't want it

I don't have a weapon in my car, though when I get my car brought down to Sydney I'm considering getting a Club lock. My car doesn't really need one, but I'm probably going to get one anyway. As someone else said, completely legal to have near the driver's seat, yet good enough to defend myself with.

Can you perhaps ask your neighbor if I could have one?

I've moved my fire extinguisher to the center between the seats so if I ever get in a situation like that again I can spray them in the face blinding them, and then beat seven shades of **** out of the derro pieces of animal excrement with it.
