L67 is breaking down under load, have replaced fuel & air filters, spark plugs & leads has new Delphi coil packs also only does it above 60km ish about mid range throttle, light throttle & town driving shes fine, no cel, no codes thrown, no noises to indicate anything major is damaged can I simply run the car & unplug sensors 1 by 1 to observe any change? Or are there any simple diag solutions or is this a case of running down the list & repair until it sorts itself out

Sounds to me like it's happening under lean cruise conditions potentially.

Cleaned the MAF?

What plug gap are you running?

Any mods?

How many KM on the car?

Have the O2 sensors ever been replaced?

Have used 2 different mafs with the same result, can’t imagine both are faulty
Plug gap is standard 1.3 bpr6ef-13 ngks only mod is 3”pipe & pod filter in a box however the issue was there before hand
212xxx kms
Unsure if o2 have been replaced but wouldn’t they throw a code?

MAF's get dirty with age, have a look in the MAF, there are 3 long bars that run down the middle of the MAF and between those 3 bars there will a couple of little wires. These are probably black and need to be shiny and clean.

What type of POD filter? Oiled? Although oiled filters work better than dry aftermarket POD type filters, if the POD is over oiled the oil tends to get sucked down the intake and contaminate the MAF.

A dirty MAF or oil contaminated MAF are typically noticed as a lean ignition miss which is what it sounds like you have.

O2 sensors can become lazy with age without actually faulting, this can also cause a lean mixture ignition miss.

O2 sensors are the most critical sensor in the system after the MAF as these are the sensors the whole system runs off once the engine goes into closed loop mode.

Pod is a k&n however I’ve just put it on dry for now to see if the issue had gone which it hasn’t

Check the MAF and clean it. If the MAF is dirty it's dirty, changing the filter won't fix that.

New tps, new maf, cleaned iac, new plugs @ 1.3 gap (bpr6ef-13s) , new leads, double checked solenoid bypass is correct, codes have cleared (reading maf & tps voltages high & low) new dfi, still the same thing, only seems to be when it’s building boost however the valve seems to be operating correctly, no smoke nothing, leaning more & more toward fuel pump issue, are the ls1 pumps a suitable replacement? As I have one of those handy, trying to avoid spending money if not necessary

What fuel are you running in the car?

Where did you mount the IAT sensor with your POD (assuming you got rid of the factory air box).
