The Supercharged models run a different PCM. Not sure what the actual internal differences are however. The supercharged motors do have the 2 speed fuel pump module and boost bypass valve.

Running NA PCM with L-67 injectors you would be getting extra fuel squirted in. The exhaust sensors would trim it back to some extent. Is the exhaust tailpipe black with soot?

The tune should be the same if you are using the original Memcal.

IF you open the bonnet and manually snap the throttle open (with the engine running) can you see the boost bypass valve move?

Fully closed. The bypass valve is normally open so the air can bypass the supercharger, when you crack open the throttle the vacuum inside the intake drops and the bypass valve closes meaning all the air goes into the engine via the supercharger.
