Hey fellas I know this has probably been said somewhere but I don’t have time to research XD. I’m in the middle of doing a gasket kit on a l67 from a vs Calais and was wondering what extra things I have to do if I was to change to the ls7 lifters instead of just new stock ones back in. Thanks in advance boys and keep up the good work everyone

Just check the pre-load, you might need different length push rods to get it right.

VS should be 3.08 ratio BW75/78. You'd need to look under the car to see if IRS or live axle and again you'd need to test the diff to see if open or LSD.
