L77 dod delete

Hi I’m planning on installing a Dod delete kit myself I’ve looked through the forums and thru facebook and I can’t find the help I’m looking for.
Other than the dod delete kit (

• Genuine GM Performance LS7 Lifters | Part #:12499225
• Genuine GM AC Delco Lifter Buckets Trays
• GM Valley Plate
• GM Valley Plate Gasket
• MLS Head Gaskets (Pair)
• Head Bolts Set (Pair)

and blocking off the oil relief valve in the sump is there anything else I should do l98 oil pump or stock pump? Should I block off the oil lines under the valley plate or will the o rings on the delete plate be strong enough? I know I need a cam and other supporting parts I’m just wondering about the dod delete

your going to need a different camshaft for a dod delete as u currently have an afm camshaft
