common issue for the heater hoses to leak at the fittings, is it leaking from the factory clamps, mine did and a friends (holden service said to just remove old clamps and put on regular style, also said to cut old clamps off, leave connected and just undo your hose clamps put them around do them up clean area and check for leaks once theve been on for a day or two, the organic coolant leaves a bit of crystal behind plus you can smell it, if they leak at the firewall replace with VB-VK heater hoses and re-route at same time away from manifold

I cleaned up the fitting and replaced the clamps with some worm-drive ones but is still leaking ever so slowly from the actual fitting itself. Apparently the fittings can't be purchased seperatly so had to get the whole front and rear hose.
