i was under the impression that you had to get the ECU modified to compensate for the larger throttle body???

thats what my mechanic told me when i asked if a terra yella tb would be a good mod.

I have a 75mm TB on my VR, more responsive but not a big power difference.

any idea what's the biggest you'd want to put on a pre-ecotec 3.8?

I reckon no more then 75mm, I think above that it's no difference or you might lose power. If you want to properly done, go for the twin bodies and chip, that will make some difference.
