[VIC] Legal area's to do illigal things

Hey guys just wondering what places there are in Victoria (even better in the south eastern suburbs) to get some circle work out of my system.

I need wide open space so that there is room for error.

Again I want legal area's, so don't bother saying local car parks.

This would be great actually, even better having a course to help me do it right. Would learn more that way.

There is a skid pan in Atwood. The police use it for training. There have been club events held there also.

If you called up, I'm pretty sure u would get some numbers up real fast.
