Lifespan Of Ecotec V6, What have you done in the case of Total Engine Failure?

bought a vs from a car dealer 5000ks later lifters gotook it bak under waranty and they said that the lifters arnt covered went to the wreckers and got a qoute for a vx motor suply and install they said 950 with 120000ks on it ive done about 50000ks since i first heard the lifters and shes still going strong lol

Have no problems with the VS atm has 166,000 on it though my old VR had 220,000 and nothing but problems, crank angle went, then the bearings so on and so forth.

i got 380000 out of my vt before it spun a bearing use to give it a pretty hard time to
