Hi all,
I have just purchased a VE SS Ute S2 2012 model.
I have noticed that the tailgate seems very loose and once it is up, you can push on it and it goes in and out very easy (doesn't sit flush with the rest of the rear) does anyone know what the problem may be, or if is a common issue? The ute tonneau cover holds it is its correct place, however if you undo the rear of the tonneau cover, it is then very loose.
Looking at the hinges on both sides, nothing looks to be broken. I questioned the previous owner on it, but because the tub was never used, he claimed to have not known about it.
Any help is much appreciated.
