Just curious how many kilometers to a completely full tank of mixed driving gets you on your LS1? BEFORE The low fuel light comes on.

I average 300-330 full tank. Bone stock.

I get close to 500km on average with stop and go traffic and a bit of spirited driving. I reckon something's wrong if your getting 300km, either that or you got a really heavy right foot.

Ohh yeah and my oxygen sensors are on their way out too, so I got to replace those soon and I'll get back to you in a few weeks.

97 VS equip, 4.2L stroker on its way.
My uncle has a VX wagon, ls1 on gas and he's averaging 400-450kms to a tank so id say do a full service and check all your sensors especially te co2 sensors

OK, seems that I'm getting really bad miles compared to the rest, and I drive it pretty slow most of the time.

That being said, what can I do to improve the economy?

Check your 02 sensors - or buy a V6

How many ltr per 100km? Mine is a 6 speed and I can get it dwn to 11.8 ltr per 100km that's with a tiny bit of stop start and mainly 80 zones but that's with changing up a gear at 2000rpms! But normally 12.5ltr per 100 with "normal" driving

Stuffed o2 sensors will not always log a code.

How many kms on your car? Just change them anyway, cheap and easy item to replace and will probably improve your economy, a good service won't go astray either.

Do mafless as well, I got it on my SS and seen a 1.5ltr improvement.
