Check for vacuum leaks too. You don’t want air coming in unmetered which is compensated for by higher fuel trims. On the LS there’s not too many places that happens so PCV hoses and the brake booster are worth checking to make sure hoses are soft and sealing well. Especially on the throttle body.

Check your plugs, unless you have changed them recently.

I’ve had lots of problems with cheapo O2 sensors and found only reputable brands to solve the problems. ie Bosch.

Hasn't had plugs in a while, I'll get some as well as new sensors. Puddum in this week.

keep note of what the plugs and 02's look like when u take them out as that will let u know how the engine has been operating
