"One thing I can see in each of you guys pics is that your intercooler hoses are resting on the belt idler pulley. It's worth using tape or cable tie on guard clip to lift the hose up so it no longer rests upon that tensioner. The heat that this induces into your intercooler system is quite large"." I checked mine and the gap was maybe 1 inch at best and the the pulley sure gets hot. So I fixed mine with a cable tie.
