Lukey catback for vx v6 ecotec

Hi guys, I want to get a Lukey catback for my vx v6 and save up for extractors later but ATM all I want is a sports muffler in the middle and a hotdog at the rear end of the car but what would sound best, a 2 and a half inch or 3 inch pipe?

2.5inch is what everyone has and some sound good, never heard a 3inch before so i have no idea

3inch is great for attracting cops. You'll also wake any neighbors within a couple of streets. 2.5" is the most common, but there are more muffler tips available for 2.25"
