Hey Steve, which would be better, running on LPG.

25mm Manifold insulator with 12mm Plenum spacer, or vice versa? or both 25mm or both 12mm?

Looking for maximum power/torque

If you're not running boost then the 12mm plenum spacer and the 25mm manifold insulator would be ideal. If you're running boost then it would be the other way around.

Sounds good, what's the best combo for a series 1 ecotec?

12mm + 25mm + 70mm throttlebody?

What you've mentioned without running boost.
