Manual Steering for VN ??

any one seen or know how to fit manual steering to vn. Already got power steering. I heard just a few commodores got manual steering...

my power steering wasn't worming for a while till i got around to puttiong another pump on. and it sucked..

Just find a manual rack and bolt it on instead of the power one, then rip all the pump and pipes off your car and get a new shorter auxilliary drive belt too. I'd imagine a Commodore without power steering is going to be a beast to park though.

street commodore magazine had an article on it. by memory the part you need is a vn rack from new zealand.

best bet it to see if ya can find someone with the copy
