Max tire size

Hi, I was wondering what the max width of tire I can put on the rear of a 2007 ve ssv sedan without modification. I am currently looking at getting a set of drag radials for my car and can't find any that match the width of my current ones (245).

I hope to finally get an answer to my searches.

I've seen 265's on a VE I think you can go bigger too but depends on offset.

With an offset like HSV uses on the rears(9.5" +57), 285's will fit.

Mines running 275’s on a 20 inch rim unsure of offset tho it’s on the rims in my profile pic

I have 275/ 19's on the back. No problem with clearance.

HSV sizing is 275/30X20, or 275/35X19....

19x9 Redline wheels with 275/35/19 lowered with coilovers and never had a problem

Not sure of the offset, searching i seem to get all different numbers but these are my rear wheels
