Hey guys, just had a mate swap my engine over, and he put a vy ecotec in and the cars idling at 2000rpm, and has thrown an engine light! any mechanics in melbourne ( around balwyn 3103) that can check over vacuum hoses act, must know exactly where everything goes thanks guys! $ is offers

Ive found mine does this with a flat battery, but theres a few other things like sticky IAC valves and tps playing up that can cause this issue.

its strange because when i changed the head gaskets ect i cleaned EVERYTHING including them, he's changing the throttle body over with my original vt one to see if it helps, apparently its miss firing too
