Missing Seat belt part?

Hi All
just got me a VT Berlina wagon, need to fit a new rear seat belt, that the last owner has removed. got the bolts that anchor it in two places but can't work out how to attach the retractor have the bolt but not the nut or whatever it goes into.

so what am I missing and how do I fit the dam thing?

It turns out that the seat belt given to me by the last owner is not the right one.

Take a trip to the wreckers for some good pictures, the Max Ellery is good but I always find a trip to the wreckers is a great method of seeing what goes where and how..
