felony over fender time. sorry to say i think they sent you the worst ones they had casue they knew they weren't gonna get sent back. you wouldnt get me to believe these were made in california.
anywho here goes a couple skims of the old bog to straighten some ****....
dug out some blisters in the gelcoat filled them in. sanded bogging surface with 40 grit so everything bites properly.
this is how warped the body line is, have to back fill all that and remake the line with filler.
can see in this pic how that line dips down. good opportunity to get rid of the of this fiberglass bog ive had sitting around for the last 7 years.... still as good as the day i bought it.
roughed in with 40 grit
first skim of normal filler
second skim
gap remaining after filler
finished with 80grit
check my work with a coat of etch primer (which will be sanded off after like a guide coat)
check the reflections, decide if it needs more. think this section is good enough to leave till it goes on the car.
