hey guys need professional opinon, my 06 VZ clubby has manta stainless 2.5 catback exhaust, ramjet otr, and mafless tune, its pulling 380 RWHP with those mods, but as any v8 enthusiast its time for her to go back in the shop for bigger extractors, CATS, HEADS, CAM, Valve springs, underpully, now hear is the big question?? who hear has a LS2 with similar work done and what brands/sizes should i go with for max power but still reliable??

(and if your wondering about my bonnet 40 man hrs later and thats how you get a custom ve gts scoops on genuine vz bonnet to look good on a vz clubby haha ;-) )

Is your car manual or auto as this will have a bearing on what mods you go for.
Also is it a daily driver, city or country use or just a weekend warrior is fuel use a factor.
The bonnet looks good, is your car in the ride section.

VZ Calais LS1 / VL RB30e daily
4-1 1 7/8in into 3.5in extractors
100cell cats
your twin 2.5in catback may hold you back - twin 3in would be better
aftermarket cylinder heads eg trickflow Mast
FAST 102/102 intake manifold/TB - won't get 500hp from standard
240/244 cam could go bigger if you want

But then your clutch will fail you'll need something decent
probably 4.11's as the car will be a pig in the low revs

but thats wayyy more than 8g's

best you read this - its for LS1 but you should be on the money

The "recipe" to 500 rwhp with heads and cam. - LS1TECH
