hey mate where do i hook the negative to? as iv only been able to use it once its been bolted to the block (earthed)

if the starter motor is in the car then it is earthed through the block, if your bench testing it then you need to hook the negative cable to the body of the starter motor

yeah mate, couple of weeks ago. send me a PM with your address and i'll send the bracket to you. i'd recommend you get the adaptors to fit your brake lines, much easier then re-flaring your existing lines, a brake shop in auz does em, about au$40 i think + postage
