So in the box they go with the other impulse buys. Had the oils easy 6 months and still haven't broke the seal on any lol

OK so son in law can't get here till Sunday week so I'm itching. Just went to start her and boom!! Is this the flex plate not grabbing or what anyone?

Just watched a YouTube about getting the starter off the very same car and he had a bit of agg. Had to remove that sensor and what not but anyways hopefully that sound will mean something...

Keen to get it fixed, missing her a bit now...

So the starter is out. Well, it's hanging there out of the road. Not sure what removing the starter tells me but...

But check this out...

Brown and blue are touching almost. Not sure what it's for but it would be causing my limp mode hey?

Wishful thinking as I'll clean it up before all goes back but maybe I DO need a new loom....

Good find! Oil seems to make PVC insulation go brittle, so maybe fix the harness, then fix the oil leak to stop it reoccurring.

But how far back into the loom will it be brittle still. What if it *looks* to have stopped but further up its brittle again...

So many questions...

What is that anyway, a sensor I take it. A sensor to trip limp mode.....
