I recently brought an exhaust system for my vy but when I went to install it I realised that the end of the exhaust bends outward but the end of the pacemaker extractors are straight? Is there anything I can do?

Sounds like your missing the cats mate. You can get some made up but these days eBay has a allot ready made for your car and exhaust make/model if you prefer.
