I've had the keys replaced and programmed , replaced the fuel pump and still doesn't start normally or continue to run without the petrol soaked rag in the throttle body, wirring to fuel pump is good the fuel pressure at the injectors is correct and the filter is attached to the new pump replaced with the new fuel pump

Thought I replied to this?

If you are doing that, there will be lots of codes generated.
Not sure how you cam get it started like that, if so, MAF and TPS will be super upset and car will run like crap. codes will be generated.
Also opening the throttle manually can damage the throttle.

Get an OBD2 reader. Plug it in and connect to your phone with a diagnostic app like Dash Command and we can start to get somewhere.

Done any other diag? Did you replace the fuel filter when you did the pump? Other place to be looking would be the run of wiring to the pump to make sure it's not shorting and that the pump fuses are good.

test the fuel pressure
then test the injectors are being pulsed
i assume you checked to see if the pump is getting power

Not actually in the throttle body itself but in the induction pipe that leads to the airbox
