Just get some ET Streets and say hello to a low 13 if you can drive it.

Nah. I want to do it it full street trim, including spare tyre. Going by my MPH over the line the car definately has it in it. I just need to find the right launch technique. Should be good for a high 12.

Looks really good. Should have enough in it to get you down the quarter in lows 13's for sure. How heavy is the car in street trim if you'd had it on the weigh bridge?

If he keeps having traction issues with 3rd gear, hes gonna need it :)

Are you just power shifting it? like foot to floor constantly with clutch jabs at changes?

Slicks would be your best bet but as you wanna keep it street, id have to say your ****inf technique needs addressing.

aZk.

Yeah I definately need to work on my technique! I don't flat change it as I need to be reasonably kind to it as it's my daily driver. I have however removed my Superlow King Springs and refitted my stock HSV springs. I was advised on a few other forums that this is the best set up for getting a good launch, as the softer springs will make the car squat more giving me better traction. I am heading to WSID tomorrow night to see how it goes.
