My Vz smells of petrol

Hey all so basically me vz commodore is kinda smelling like petrol when I start it up. Any ideas what’s wrong would be helpful cheers

Start the car. Confirm the fault. Turn off.
Check for leaks under the bonnet.
Check the purge valve and the hoses connected to it.
Check around fuel injectors.
Replace the fuel cap
Check for leaks on the fuel tank under the car. Use an inspection mirror to look into the tight spots. A borescope would be better still.
Look for stains on the charcoal canister.

Yeah. Good idea. Any leaks around the injectors would be found.
