need help car keeps stalling

i have a vr ss 5 speed, i have just had the car tuned and serviced and today i just cleaned the throttle body and now when im driving, when i push the clutch in the revs go right down and it stalls on me, most of the time when the air con is on but it is now doing it when the air con isnt on.

wat does it idle at/ or at least try idle at? May have to adjust the idle, and for this oyu need to block of the IAC with your thumb.

i have just had it tune like a week ago, and it is idling about 700/800 around there, it was running fine until i cleaned the IAC then it just turned to ****.

did u just spray stuff into it wile on car, or take it out? also if they reset the base idle etc itll take a few days to become good?, dont adjust the idle yourself

Did you reset the IAC?

While in neutral, hold the revs at 3000 for over 10 seconds. That's it.
