NEED HELP....Problem with my vx!!

I bought this car about 5 weeks ago, first 1-2 weeks it was running fine.. Then it down hill from there. I was told it was mapless tuned, anyways I put it into a mechanic in Hervey Bay(where im working)they used their scan tool and told me that a code keeps coming up for the map sensor.. They told me that it is not mapless tuned and to put it back to original, so I did.. Not fixed!! So I'm chasing some help off you guys.. So my car is snuffing out at low revs,serging on highways. It seems to do it worse when it's hot.. Can anyone help???

Worse when it's hot, could be the O2 sensors. Had the same sort of problem with mine a while ago, new O2 sensors fixed it. Also check your plugs and leads.

If it is MAFless tuned it will always throw a MAF fault, Rookie mechanic...

As above, check the 02 sensor.. My Subi even did this and used to idle rough until the ECU put itself into limp mode.

I would've said airflow meter but you don't have one!

It could even be time for a fuel filter and spark plug change

My ls1 was running crap like that for months, changed the O2 sensors on the exhausts, problem solved it was a different car.
