Need help with what’s wrong

Ive got an eco tech it’s been running pretty rough last couple days like there’s no back pressure I’ve changed all coils sparks and leads and has abit of back pressure now but sounds like it’s got a cam on idle and still pretty weak on acceleration anyone know what it could be ?

Compression test.
Fuel pressure check
Smoke test the intake for any signs of vacuum leaks.
Smoke test the exhaust for signs of leaks.
