Vs l67 please help

Gday I have a vs l67 1997 and can’t get it to stop missing and using heaps of fuel
I’ve changed
Spark plugs (Autolite) gap 1.3
Leads
Coil packs (mase)
O2 sensors
Coolent temp sensor
Knock sensors
Cam sensor
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
Dfi plate
Maf sensor
Fuel pressure reg
I’m pulling my hair out
It misfires when it’s cold but when it warms up it doesn’t misfire but it still uses 26.5 litres per hundred
Any help would be appreciated cheers butch

I think you might have a mechanical issue. Might be worthwhile getting a compression test.
