anyone know a good way of getting a fuse thats stuck in the amp? fuse in the engine bay isnt blown so im assuming its the fuse in the amp but it wont come off. feels like its glued into the amp

needle nose pliers.

That fuse should be fine. It might be stuck because it's gotten hot and melted a little but if all you have done is disconnect and reconnect then that fuse should be fine. Even if you short it out, the fuse in the engine bay should be the one to blow.
