    2008 VE ss ute
    Hi a mate changed the clutch in his 2008 VE ss ute and now has no ignition and no power to the fuse box under the bonnet and aparently they think the immobilizer has locked them out all the dash shows is a locked padlock over a seat symbol
    Any ideas apart from 5litres of fuel and a match

    Check the fusible links near the battery terminals.

    We have checked them and there all good
    Would it have something to do with the coil reader around the negative cable on battery
