im looking at gettin a vs ute soon. and was hoping to pay about 12-13k

so just wondering... what did you spend the 4k on...

2 grand to get it roadworthy. included all brakes, 4 new springs (car to low), front windscreen. some bushes. few other things. came to $1948.
then 2 grand to replace the heads they were stuffed. so many cracks through them that a reco joint wouldnt accept them as a trade in. so i was to happy with paying almost 4 grand within 4 weeks of buying the ute.
