yeah thats what i thought. but its really bad and i would have thought a new subaru with its tiny boxer would have been good on fuel.

No problems here, wrx has been a treat on fuel. Maybe your mrs needs to stop driving so heavy footed? Hilarious a commodore owner saying subaretard...

subuies have never been known for great economy, but they sure make up for it in resale!

Really?

VY Senator, 13.1 Average around town easy driving.

MY09 Wrx Hatch, 9.4 fun driving around town.

Perhaps the new 2.5l engine is a little less thirsty? I know it goes a SHITload better than my big piece of v8 crap :D

My parents just bought a new Subaru Forester XS Premium, fully loaded. Man, it opened my eyes how good a Subaru is over a piece of **** Holden.

The 2.5l boxer in it kills my 2.0l Suzuki in fuel consumption. On interstate trips, the best I get out of the Suzuki is around 9L/100km. My parents car gets low 7's on interstate trips, and we verified the trip computer reading by counting kms/fuel taken at bowser as well.
